The Role

Site Engineer overseeing works on a large building refurbishment in Manchester. This project is due to start ASAP with a duration of 2-3 days.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following;

  • Previous Setting out experience
  • Able to use robotic engineering equipment
  • CSCS Card
  • Asbestos Awareness

Duties

  • Surveying
  • Setting Out
  • Create as built surveys and log data
  • Attend and contribute in project related meetings
  • Management of onsite labour including subcontractors
  • Provide progress updates to The Senior Management Team
  • Provide Technical Advice to Project Team members and Clients
  • Quality Assurance
  • Adhere to current H&S regulations
  • Reporting in to and working closely with the Senior Management Team
  • Problem solving
