This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Building Surveyors who enjoy the technical side of surveying and are looking for varied project-oriented work across a range of sectors, including Defence, Aviation, Railway, Education, Professional Services, and MOD/secured sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting building surveys, inspections, and assessments to identify defects and propose remedial solutions.

  • Assisting in the design and specification of repairs, refurbishments, and new build projects.

  • Working on a variety of projects, from asset management and condition surveys to design and project management.

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver technical building surveying services across various sectors.

  • Ensuring compliance with building regulations, planning permissions, and health and safety standards.

  • Providing technical advice and support to clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in building surveying or related fields.

  • Strong technical knowledge of building construction and design.

  • RICS accreditation is highly desirable.

  • Commercially minded individuals are strongly encouraged to apply, as commercial awareness is highly beneficial.

  • Experience with design software such as AutoCAD or Revit is desirable.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Security Clearance (or willingness to obtain it) is desirable but not essential.
