Job Title: Property Inspector

Location: Moston (M40)

Contract Type: Temporary

Contract Length: 3 weeks

Working Pattern: Full Time /35 hours/ M-F

Hourly rate: £14.72

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections in accordance with the Housing, Health & Safety, Requirements, Standards (HHSRS) guidelines
  • Complete detailed reports outlining any potential hazards or issues discovered during inspections
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
  • Provide recommendations for improvement to ensure properties meet required standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections and findings

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Completion of HHSRS training
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in property inspection or related field
  • Knowledge of local regulations and legislation related to property inspections

Technologies:

  • Proficiency in using digital inspection tools
  • Knowledge of relevant software and systems
