Commercial Manager

Coleman James Ltd are working with our client who are a large subcontractorin search of a Commercial Manager to work on a permanent basis.

As a Commercial Manager you will be supporting the Commercial Team on a wide range of rail infrastructure projects.

Duties:

• Working closely with the Commercial Manager.
• Establish Commercial strategy and framework for projects.
• Create and maintain systems to efficiently file and retrive information and archive old project material.
• Manage sub-contractor accounts.
• Manage procurement of sub-contractors.
• Compile project specific commercial issues for reporting and presentation at client progress meetings.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience of identifying and managing commercial risks and oppurtunities.
• Hold relevant qualifications (e.g Degree in Quantity Surveying.)
• Experience of working in a similar role.

This is a permanent position, with flexible working and part time hours will be considered for the suitable candidate.
