My client are a well-established main contractor boasting an extensive portfolio of impeccably executed design and build projects across a wide spectrum of mainstream sectors. These include, but are not limited to, industrial, retail, commercial, residential, healthcare, and leisure.
Due to sustained growth, they are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join their business. You'll be responsible for managing the financial aspects of projects, from budgeting to procurement, contract administration, cost control, and final account settlement.
Responsibilities to include:
- Responsible for a team of commercial staff
- Delivering to budget, quality, and timescales.
- Building strong relationships externally and internally.
- Delivery of commercial best practice across all aspects of the role and workstreams
- Ensuring timely, consistent, reliable and accurate forecasts in line with project, client and reporting cycles Commercial Objectives
- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
