Our client is a well established digital marketing agency with offices in Chester and Manchester. Following continued growth, we are seeking an Operations Director to join the team and this role will sit on the board of directors. To be considered for this role, it is likely that you are in an operations leadership role in a digital agency or within a creative environment. You will need a strong understanding of digital marketing and agency workflows with exceptional leadership and team management skills. You'll have proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana) and agency specific software (e.g. Google Workspace, Hubspot). Acting as a central agency figure, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth client output execution from business development all the way through to delivery including strategy planning, account management, creative, operations and delivery. You will be responsible for all operational business performance reporting - how well the business is performing against a number of key metrics covering everything from capacity and retention to profitability and client performance.
