Role: Internal Sales Representative - Warm Leads

Salary: £25,000 + £10,000 - £20,000 Commission earnings!  

Type: On-site/Permanent – role includes occasional customer visits.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 OR 09:00-17:00, with the occasional Saturday or Sunday depending on pre-arranged customer appointment.

We are seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join the team, specialising in windows and doors for private homeowners. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for their B2C customers, handling new enquiries and supporting smooth quotations, negotiations, and closing sales.

Job Summary: As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing warm leads to drive sales growth. You will work closely with the external sales team to convert leads into satisfied customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Handle incoming warm leads, qualify them, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Sales Conversion: Identify customer needs, provide product information, and offer solutions to convert leads into sales.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to ensure a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility with hours of work to attend Saturday or Sunday customer visits
