THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a telecommunications company who are hiring for a door to door sales representative to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone from a face to face sales role, door to door sales, sales executive, business development executive, SDR, BDR, or similar role.

THE ROLE:

  • Actively approach residential homes to introduce, explain, and sell telecommunications.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate the benefits to potential customers.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers through excellent communication and understanding of their needs, addressing any objections and concerns.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets through door-to-door interactions.
  • Accurately document customer information and sales transactions using company CRM tools.
  • Assist with the completion of sales contracts and guide customers through the onboarding process if necessary.
  • Provide regular feedback on customer preferences, challenges, and market trends to management.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations, including maintaining a professional appearance and ensuring accurate representation of the brand.

THE PERSON:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage with a diverse range of customers.
  • Strong drive and motivation to achieve personal and team sales goals.
  • Ability to handle rejection, stay positive, and keep up momentum in a door-to-door sales environment.
  • Ability to address customer objections and offer tailored solutions.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation may be required, depending on location.
