A well-regarded architectural firm located in Manchester is currently looking for a talented Senior Architectural Technician to join their vibrant and collaborative studio. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a progressive practice celebrated for its creative, high-calibre designs across sectors such as residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

The successful Senior Architectural Technician will take a pivotal role in the technical delivery of projects, producing comprehensive construction drawings and ensuring all work meets the highest industry standards. You'll work alongside a skilled design team, liaising with clients and consultants while offering specialist technical input throughout each phase of the project.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the Senior Architectural Technician role include:

  • Qualification in Architectural Technology (HNC/HND or relevant degree)
  • CIAT membership or on the path to achieving it
  • Advanced Revit skills are a must
  • Experience in Faade Remediation is advantageous
  • Comfortable working autonomously and in team environments
  • Thorough understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Proven experience managing projects across all RIBA work stages
  • Keen to stay updated on industry innovations, technologies, and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Client-focused, with the capability to interpret briefs and provide tailored design solutions
