What will you be doing as a CNC Turner?
- Set up and operate CNC vertical milling machines and lathes
- Work with various control systems, including Haas, Fanuc, and Siemens
- Manufacture high-precision components for multiple industries
- Maintain quality standards and precision throughout production
- Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Perform inspections and quality checks on finished components
What do you need?
- Experience setting and operating CNC lathes
- Background in a fast-paced machine shop environment
- Proficiency with Fanuc systems
- Experience manufacturing steel components
- Ability to work with materials such as aluminium, mild steel, and stainless steel
