Company Overview:

Our client is a leading contractor specializing in commercial and industrial projects. They have secured a variety of projects across multiple sectors, including office fit-outs and industrial builds. The business is expanding rapidly, and they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee commercial office fitout and industrial projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site, with effective coordination between teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Report regularly to upper management on project progress, issues, and milestones.

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site.

Be flexible to manage projects across different locations, including London and the Northwest.

Projects and Locations:

Projects: Primarily commercial and industrial builds, with a strong focus on office fit-outs and industrial developments.

Location Flexibility:

Most projects will be based in the Northwest, but some flexibility is required to work on sites in London (project starting soon).

Must be comfortable with city centre experience and regional site management.

Required Experience & Skills:

Site Management Experience: Looking for a mid-level candidate with solid experience in site management, ideally in commercial or industrial sectors.

Background: No specific background required; the focus is on experience and the ability to handle site responsibilities.

Project Management: Experience with managing projects of varying scales (office fitouts, industrial builds) is essential.

Location: Candidate should be Northwest-based and willing to travel to different sites.

Key Attributes:

Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams on-site.

Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach to site issues.

Ability to work independently but also report efficiently to upper management.

Good understanding of site health and safety requirements.

Flexibility to work on various types of projects.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000, plus package (car allowance, bonus, and benefits).
