This company are a well-established Construction company who work on varied and exciting construction projects across a range of industries- primarily Residential, Education and Healthcare. Since their establishment in the 1970s they have seen major growth to the point they have over £10m turnover and due to an ever increasing workload are looking for a new Project Manager join their surveying team.This is a varied role where you will work primarily on Residential Housing projects within a tight-knit team of 8. You will work both in office and also have the opportunity to undertake site visitations and liaise with other departments, site managers and external contractors as you work on a diverse range of projects nationwide. This varied role would suit a Project Manager / Building Surveyor or similar looking to work for a well-established Construction company offering ongoing progression opportunities and study support as you develop.The Role:* Work on varied projects - primarily in the Residential sector* Preparing Quotations* Negotiating Tenders* Reading Drawings* Hybrid role with site travel to projects around the South East* Oversee projects and teams on site The Person: * Project Manager / Surveyor or similar* Looking for a role within the Residential sector * Commutable to Manchester
