The Construction Project Manager

The new Construction Project Manager will join an energetic consultancy with 7 offices across the UK and over 30 globally. This prestigious firm operates across a wide array of sectors, including Affordable Housing, Government, Education, Health, Office, Hospitality, Private Residential, and Sport from £1m - £120m - offering an engaging and multifaceted environment for career advancement.

The role involves steering projects to successful outcomes and collaborating effectively with team members. Additionally, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely two days a week.

The Construction Project Manager

The incoming Project Manager will work closely alongside the firms Associate Director, taking on project delivery and allowing them to get more involved in business development opportunities for the team. You will be capable of running projects from start to finish as well as having:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong track record in construction projects.
  • Previous Project Management experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Membership in a construction-related professional body (RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, etc.) is desirable
  • A construction related Degree Qualification is beneficial
  • Confident running projects form inception to completion across all RIBA stages
