The successful Project Manager will join a thriving consultancy based in Manchester, where a dedicated team of over 60 professionals spanning Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, and Project Management.

With a diverse project portfolio including Commercial Office, Industrial, Residential, Retail, Leisure, Mixed-Use, and Student Accommodation, the role offers exceptional exposure and support for APC and chartership.

The Construction Project Manager

The incoming Construction Project Manager will have:

• A Construction related degree qualification
• Previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• Accredited by RICS, APM or CIOB - or committed to achieving
• A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion through all RIBA stages
