The Senior Construction Project Manager

The incoming Senior Project Manager will join a dynamic consultancy with 7 offices across the UK and over 30 globally. This highly regarded firm operates in a wide variety of sectors, including Affordable Housing, Government, Education, Health, Office, Hospitality, Private Residential, and Sport on projects from £5m - £110m, providing a stimulating and diverse environment for professional development.

With unparalleled opportunities for career progression, the new Senior Project Manager will receive robust support from Directors and Partners, coupled with a customized career plan aimed at advancing to Associate Director and beyond. The role involves steering projects to successful completion, as well as managing and mentoring junior team members. You'll also benefit from the flexibility to work remotely two days a week.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

Will have:

Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong track record in construction projects.
Previous Project Management experience with a UK Construction Consultancy

Membership in a construction-related professional body (RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, etc.) is desirable
A construction related degree qualification is beneficial
A successful track record leading construction projects from inception to completion, confident across all RIBA stages
A proactive approach, ready to handle a range of tasks from high-level management to practical, day-to-day activities.
