My client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee 3-4 shopfitting projects at a time, with job values ranging from £40k to £250k and durations from 1 day to 3 weeks. The role also involves planning and preparing upcoming projects to ensure seamless delivery.

Duties include:

  • Managing multiple fast-paced projects nationwide, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
  • Planning and scheduling future jobs, ensuring resources and timelines are aligned.
  • Coordinating with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
  • Overseeing budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolving on-site issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
  • Reporting regularly to senior management and clients on progress.
  • Ensuring quality control and delivering snag-free handovers.
