Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Residential Property Fee Earner with over three years of experience to join an established team.Your new roleYour new role will see you manage a varied caseload of residential transactions, such as straightforward sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release. Responsibilities include handling initial enquiries and providing quotations, overseeing client files from inception to completion (including post-completion), managing leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling. What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will possess over three years of residential property experience, demonstrating proficiency in managing and progressing a caseload while offering pragmatic advice.
