Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own caseload with administrative support given.
- Sales, purchase, freehold, and leasehold cases.
- Perform title checks, raise and respond to queries.
- Registered and unregistered titles.
- Managing leasehold flats, shared ownership properties, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Ensuring efficient and accurate handling of property transactions.
Candidate profile:
- Experience in residential property matters is essential.
- Professional legal qualifications are beneficial.
- A thorough understanding of the legal requirements for sales, purchases, and associated transactions.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to deliver exceptional client service.
