Residential Conveyancer – Fully Remote (£35k - £45k + Bonus £8k-£15k)
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a fully remote job with flexibility and excellent earning potential? We are seeking a motivated and IT-savvy residential conveyancer with at least 2 years of residential conveyancing experience to join a high-volume, fast-paced residential conveyancing environment. What You’ll Be Doing as a residential conveyancer: Managing a substantial caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, including new build, unregistered, and shared ownership properties. Handling contract documentation, mortgage offers, and search results. Communicating effectively with clients, conveyancers, agents, and third parties. Providing excellent customer service while ensuring cases progress smoothly. Using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex legal queries. Taking ownership of your workload, meeting targets, and maintaining service level agreements.
What We’re Looking For in our residential conveyancing team: * At least 2 years of residential conveyancing experience (essential). * Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. * Confident communicator who’s not afraid to pick up the phone. * Strong IT skills, comfortable using case management systems. * A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent attention to detail. * Team player who can mentor others and support colleagues when needed. The Perks: * £35k - £45k per annum (depending on experience). * Realistic bonus of £8k - £15k per year based on completed cases. * Fully remote – work from anywhere in the UK. * Flexible working hours (some shift variations may be required). * Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow and develop.
