Douglas Scott are proud  to be working with a well regarded commercial law firm based in the heart of Manchester who are on the lookout for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their award winning Real Estate team in their Manchester officeYour new role;This role will see you join the residential property department and work closely with partners and solicitors on a range of residential property matters. You will need to have 18-24 months experience in being able to handle your own caseload of Sales & Purchase, Freehold & Leasehold matters with minimal assistance  My client is very much keen to hire someone who has the right attributes and work ethic, who wants to build a career within Real Estate/Conveyancing but is also aware that this is not a route to becoming qualified as a Solicitor further down the line. What you'll need to succeed;The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and a proven track record of managing a range of residential property matters and being able to handle a caseload of 40-50 files of HMW matters from start to finish.
