My client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver structured and bespoke training programmes to their clients, either remotely using Teams, or on site at the customer’s premises.You will be based remotely and will be expected to travel locally. In a typical working week you will: Deliver remote training sessions for Users and Supervisor Users of Surgery Connect, visit sites to deliver User Training sessions as part of a new surgery’s onboarding process, deliver webinars or Train the Trainer sessions as part of the Access Optimisation programme.Key Tasks:- Working within the Customer Success Team to create and update training material for customers including resources such as online documents, videos etc.-Delivery of a structured customer facing training program around all required topics (focus on Surgery Connect)-Obtain feedback from customers directly, or through Customer Success Advisors, in order to maintain quality of training and modify materials/delivery accordingly- Maintain all training material with updates from new features, products and experience from the market. -Liaise with the Principal Consultant on the best solution for training.Key tasks include - Responsible for the quality of training to customers for:- Product use and features- Best practice- Complete on site visits when required to complete training sessions booked through the AOP and Onsite User Training booked as part of the onboarding process.-Deliver webinars as required when part of the AOP programme.- Comply with the company's Health & Safety, Data Protection, Information Security, PCI & DSP policies and procedures.
