Are you an enthusiastic, motivated Sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity in a growing business?

Are you looking to utilise your sales skills, managing projects and big accounts, whilst taking inbound and making outbound calls to create and maximise sales opportunities?

This role involves supporting the team to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of a busy office environment and customer relations.

A reliable team player with a positive attitude is essential!

Salary: 28,000 per annum

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Irlam

Hybrid working 2 days a week available once fully trained!

Main Duties:

  • Provide a high level of service to all customers, meeting organisational standards.
  • Confidently recommend the best products suited to customer's needs over the phone.
  • Explore opportunities and up-sell associated products and services.
  • Provide product information and official quotes to customers via phone and email.
  • Follow up on quotes by contacting customers over the phone and email.
  • Answer customer and supplier inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Manage customer accounts, addressing their needs and maintaining excellent relationships.
  • Record all customer communications and opportunities accurately.
  • Obtain and record customer product information to secure future business.
  • Continually develop knowledge of the products offered.
  • Achieve sales targets and annual objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service/sales, handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets/KPIs.
  • Strong verbal, writing, and listening skills.
  • Team player with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Enthusiastic, initiative-taking, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and function well in a busy office environment.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business operations.
  • Well-presented, punctual, flexible, and enjoys working with like-minded individuals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with various computer systems.
