Your Role:
As Head of Financial Planning, you will:
Lead and grow a team of highly skilled Financial Advisers.
Develop structured training programmes to enhance technical expertise and consultancy skills.
Implement best practice frameworks, ensuring consistency and quality across advice and service delivery.
Work closely with the wider leadership team to align financial planning with business objectives.
Foster a high-performance culture, driving growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Stay ahead of regulatory and market trends to maintain compliance and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma-qualified (Level 4+ minimum, ideally Chartered).
Strong background in Financial Planning/Wealth Management with leadership experience.
Proven ability to develop teams, improve adviser performance, and elevate client service.
Passion for coaching, mentoring, and fostering a growth mindset within teams.
Commercially astute with an understanding of business development and practice growth.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
