Are you looking to launch your career in digital learning? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Digital Learning Associate to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team at IRIS Software Group. Whether you’re a recent graduate or someone passionate about learning technology, this entry-level role offers the perfect chance to build your skills, work on meaningful projects, and make a real impact.

We’ll also sponsor you to complete a Digital Learning Manager apprenticeship with Apprentify, where you’ll gain a Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design. (Please note, you’ll need to live in England to qualify for the apprenticeship.)

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Digital Learning Associate, you’ll:

  • Manage our Learning Management System (LMS): Be the go-to expert for our Cornerstone platform, keeping it updated and helping colleagues use it effectively.
  • Create engaging digital content: Design bespoke resources to support L&D projects and help colleagues grow their skills.
  • Support leadership programmes: Help organise key initiatives like our Leading with IMPACT and CMI programmes.
  • Plan key events: Take charge of events like our annual graduation and apprenticeship week, while promoting them through internal and external channels.
  • Share insights: Create dashboards, reports, and visuals to showcase the success of our programmes.
  • Collaborate and innovate: Work with the team to support our career framework rollout and improve the learning experience across the business.
