About the Role:

We are seeking a Progression Coach to engage existing Employer Base for our Skills Bootcamps. In this role, you will be responsible for securing work placements, vacancies for learners.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of learners while working collaboratively with employers and internal teams to achieve impactful results.

This role is to secure employment opportunities for learns completing skills bootcamps. This will be achieved by promoting successful learners to our existing employer base and sourcing new clients with relevant employment opportunities. You will spend time with learners to understand their current skill set and preferred job roles/preferences.

This role will be office based situated in Atherton with occasional travel to the Burnley office when required. Driver with access to vehicle essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow employer partnerships.
  • Work with the Head of Commercial Business to update the CRM.
  • Generate new business leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Secure learner job interviews across all contracts.
  • Organize employer events, site visits, and mentoring opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain an employer event calendar.
  • Support learners with CV updates and job placements.
  • Track and report on learner employment outcomes.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Uphold company policies and represent the brand positively.
  • Attend training as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • IT literate ECDL qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Experience of diary management (MS Outlook).
  • Good communication skills, oral and written.
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

28 days annual leave + birthday increasing after 2 years.
