We are seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to cover a 6-month secondment. This role will be based in the North of the UK, primarily supporting stakeholders in People & Culture and Operations across the Midlands, North, and Scotland.

Description
In this role, you will deliver our suite of JUMP programmes to people managers and provide specific training to our Business Manager population. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to deliver recruitment-specific sales training to new starters, experienced hires, and consultants. You will also be involved in global projects, such as the rollout of our new Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and the redesign of core learning journeys at both a global and local level. Training delivery will primarily be virtual, with some in-person sessions in our hub offices in Manchester and Birmingham.
Profile
We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in a Learning & Development capacity, with a proven track record of delivering both virtual and face-to-face management, sales, and soft skills training. Experience in recruitment, content design, and project work is highly desirable. A Myers Briggs Practitioner qualification would be advantageous. We expect candidates to have a learner-centric approach to training delivery, with a commitment to excellence and accountability. A sales and/or Recruitment Consultancy background is preferred, and we are open to part-time candidates.
