Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including customer invoicing, payment allocations, and credit control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth account reconciliations.
  • Monitor customer accounts, identifying overdue payments, and implementing effective credit management practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting to support business insights and decision-making.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve processes within the order-to-cash cycle.

Profile

The successful Credit Controller requires:

  • Proven experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Excel).
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
