As the Credit Control Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a small team of credit controllers, ensuring the efficient and effective collection of outstanding payments. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee the credit control process, drive process improvements, and build strong relationships with clients to resolve payment issues.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of credit controllers to achieve collection targets
- Monitor and manage aged debt, implementing strategies to reduce overdue payments
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, resolving disputes and queries
- Prepare reports and analysis on outstanding debts and cash flow forecasting
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and invoicing
- Identify opportunities to improve credit control processes and procedures
Profile
The successful Credit Control Team Leader Requires:
- Proven experience in a Credit Control role, with leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive and results-driven approach
