Description

Key responsibilities of a Credit Controller:

  • Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions.
  • Resolve customer billing issues and disputes in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient credit operations.
  • Prepare regular reports on credit status and outstanding debts.

Profile

The successful candidate requires:

  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of credit and collections procedures.
