Description
Key responsibilities:
- Manage debtor accounts ensuring timely payment of invoices
- Conduct financial analysis to understand the company's financial status
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with client invoices
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and payments
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing
- Conduct credit checks and set up new client accounts
Profile
The successful Credit Controller requires:
- Credit Control or any transnational experience required
- Strong knowledge of financial software applications
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
