6 Month Contract

Hybrid- 2 days in Manchester City Centre/3 remote

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading Telecoms business based in Manchester City Centre due to continued growth and expansion. This company have made several acquisitions making it an excellent time to join the company. They are based in State of the Art offices in Manchester City Centre and are a highly sought after organisation to work for.

Description

The Credit Controller role is initially a 6 month contract and will be Hybrid working- 2 days in Manchester office/3 remote. Reporting to the Credit Manager Key responsibilities will include:

  • End to end Credit Control duties using telephone/email while adhering to the company's credit control policy
  • Referring debt to our external debt collection agency as required
  • Carrying out customer credit checks to minimise exposure to the business
  • Query resolution including liaising with internal stakeholders where required
  • Cash allocation and reconciliation
  • Issuing statements and reminders
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Creating weekly debtor reports for internal departments
  • Support with customer billing using our in-house billing software and accounts system
  • Processing billing/service cancellations as required
  • Raise credit requests

Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

  • Have previous experience in a Credit Control role
  • Be able to consider a 6 month contract initially
  • Be able to commute 3 days per week to Manchester City Centre office
