Michael Page are recruiting for a Credit Controller on behalf of a fast-growing, well-established property organisation based in Manchester City Centre.

Description

The key responsibilities of a Credit Controller will include:

  • Manage customer credit files and perform credit checks.
  • Monitor and pursue overdue accounts.
  • Consistently update and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to implement effective recovery strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activity and customer account status.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Adhere to all legal and company regulations regarding debt collection.
  • Contribute to the overall financial performance of the company in the industry.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in Credit Control.
  • Strong knowledge of credit control practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
