Description
The key responsibilities of a Credit Controller will include:
- Manage customer credit files and perform credit checks.
- Monitor and pursue overdue accounts.
- Consistently update and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to implement effective recovery strategies.
- Provide regular reports on collection activity and customer account status.
- Liaise with customers to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Adhere to all legal and company regulations regarding debt collection.
- Contribute to the overall financial performance of the company in the industry.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in Credit Control.
- Strong knowledge of credit control practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and proficient in Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Offer
