Are you a finance admin looking to progress in to the world of Credit Control. This rare opportunity for an entry level Credit Controller with full training has become available on a permanent basis. SJC Partners are working with a leading company in the industry to find a motivated individual who wants to learn to manage and optimise their credit control processes. Key Responsibilities:

Managing the collection of overdue accounts and outstanding payments
Maintaining and building strong client relationships
Conducting account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Producing regular credit reports and statements
Assessing and evaluating customer creditworthiness
Ensuring compliance with company credit policies and procedures
Supporting internal departments with credit-related queries and issues

Key Requirements

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of credit management principles and regulations
