What Call Centre Operator Will Be Doing:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, managing Facilities Management (FM) service requests.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors & suppliers to keep everything on schedule.
  • Log, track, and manage service requests—making sure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Stay on top of work orders, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier customer satisfaction.
  • Jump in to support your teammates whenever needed - teamwork makes the dream work!

What Call Centre Operator Will Bring:

  • Experience in a call centre, helpdesk, or Facilities Management customer service role.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Clear & confident communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Ms Office and ideally FM systems
  • A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving.
  • Immediate availability or a start within two weeks' notice
