An exciting opportunity has arisen with a prestigious commercial property and asset management firm situated at their newest Manchester development site. My client is a leading property management organisation that specialise in serviced buildings across major cities. This role is based in Manchester City Centre and is unlike anything that has been seen before in Manchester.
They are seeking to appoint a confident and well-presented Guest Experience manager to handle the daily operations of the site and be the face of the building. This is a multifaceted role where you will be dealing with external customers and front-of-house duties. Alongside contractor management, and being the point of contact for any tenants in the building. You will work closely with the Senior Building Manager and the Operations Manager and support in all aspects of providing the highest levels of service delivery. Providing 5* service is paramount for this role.
The successful candidate will come from a property management, facilities or luxury hospitality background. Candidates will ideally have experience using Riskwise and Microsoft Suite, alongside an interest in building services and sustainability. Experience managing team is essential.
