About the Role
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will play a vital role in our team by engaging with our existing customers to upsell products and services. Your primary goal will be to enhance the customer experience by demonstrating the benefits of our offerings, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and boosting sales. This is a fully office-based role in our fantastic South Manchester offices, equipped with all the amenities and on-site parking.

* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
* Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering outstanding service and support.

* Experience: Previous experience in a sale, particularly in a fast-paced environment, is highly desirable.
