We’re looking for a Complaints Handler to manage escalated customer complaints, investigate thoroughly, and resolve issues with efficiency and care. If you’re detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you.

The Complaints Handler Responsibilities:

  • Record and manage complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Investigate complaints thoroughly, liaising with internal teams and partners.
  • Provide clear, well-crafted written responses and updates to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Team on monitoring activities.

Our Ideal Complaints Handler:

  • Previous experience in customer service within financial services; complaint handling experience is a big plus!
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive work ethic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
