Job Advertisement: Live Chat Agent (Spanish-Speaking)

Our client, a leading organisation in the customer service industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Live Chat Agent. Fluency in Spanish is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to live chat and email inquiries from customers and clients regarding delivery requests, item faults, and complaints.
- Demonstrate confidence in handling various issues and conducting thorough investigations to resolve problems effectively.
- Provide prompt and accurate information, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Support Spanish-speaking customers with clear and concise communication.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively in a shift pattern of 5 over 7 days, with shifts predominantly from 9 am to 5 pm but could also include shifts 8am - 4pm and 11am - 7pm. Please bear in mind this will involve shifts over the weekend
- Must be a team player and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

- Location: Manchester city centre during the week (Work from home if working a weekend)
- Pay: £12.00ph
