Our client, a leading organisation in the customer service industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Live Chat Agent. Fluency in Spanish is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to live chat and email inquiries from customers and clients regarding delivery requests, item faults, and complaints.
  • Demonstrate confidence in handling various issues and conducting thorough investigations to resolve problems effectively.
  • Provide prompt and accurate information, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Support Spanish-speaking customers with clear and concise communication.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively in a shift pattern of 5 over 7 days, with shifts predominantly from 9 am to 5 pm but could also include shifts 8am - 4pm and 11am - 7pm. Please bear in mind this will involve shifts over the weekend
  • Must be a team player and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
