The company:A well-established British company engages in business with both domestic and international suppliers and clients.
Main duties:To be the initial point of contact for customers and provide the highest standard of customer experience.
The Role:- To establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers- To review all relevant details and efficiently fulfil orders- To expertly deliver quotations and pro forma invoices to meet your business needs.- To maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the company database.- To support and collaborate with all departments to drive the success of the business.- To create and manage comprehensive product spreadsheets for optimal organization and efficiency.- To proactively resolve any product or service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.- To actively participate and represent the company at prestigious international trade shows to expand global presence and network with industry
The Candidate:- Previous experience customer service, sales or export support within Manufacturing company or B2B beneficial- Computer literate MS Excel knowledge is essential- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Confident, proactive and dynamic
The salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
