Customer Service Advisor required for a leading insurance business based close to Manchester City Centre. In this role you will be responsible for the onboarding of the customer, ensuring the Company and FCA rules and guidelines are followed, whilst providing first class customer service. The role will involve liaising with customers over the telephone but also via e-mail and dealing with queries and administering policies. You will need to have previous experience working as a customer service advisor within insurance, specifically within motor insurance, and be a strong communicator. You must be passionate to provide excellent customer service and able to follow policies and procedures, whilst working as part of a team.The position is full time, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and the salary available is up to GBP25,000pa, dependent upon experience. This is an office-based position.What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?

  • Provide an excellent level of customer service
  • Dealing with queries and administering policies
  • Offering support via the full range of Insurance products provided by the company
  • Assessing customer requirements and needs for adjustments and claims support
  • Informing customers of all relevant information complying with the company and FCA requirement
  • Planning and processing mid-term adjustments and customer service queries
  • Efficiently controlling your own workload, ensuring Individual and company service standards are achieved
  • Developing effective relationships internally and externally
  • Leading by example and being an active part of the team Ensure company brand materials and working space meet and exceed company presentation standards
  • Any Ad-hoc duties that may be deemed relevant by management

  • Previous experience working as a customer service advisor within insurance, specifically within motor insurance
  • Must be a strong communicator
  • Confident to work as part of a team and self-motivated
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • Salary of up to GBP25,000pa, dependent upon experience
