Customer Service Advisor- £25,000 - £30,000 - Wythenshawe, Manchester - Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm Hybrid (WFH 3 days!)
We are on the look out for a Customer Service Advisor for an emerging Financial Services business in the Wythenshawe area of Manchester! If you are looking for a role that offers a fantastic work/life balance and you have experience in phone based Customer Service, then this could be an ideal opportunity for you. This position as a Customer Service Advisor will be 37.5 hours per week and also hybrid (3 days WFH)
The package for Customer Service Advisor:
- A basic salary of £25,000

The role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Handling inbound calls from customers and dealing with their enquiries
- Calling customers who have made an enquiry about the products on the website
- Providing accurate information and ensuring that FCA guidelines are adhered to at all times
- Ensuring a smooth customer service experience for all clients
What we want for the Customer Service Advisor:
- Experience in working in a phone based customer service role
- Experience of working in an FCA regulated environment would be advantageous but not essential
- Someone who is customer focussed with good written and verbal communication skills
