Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and experience in a manufacturing or commercial setting. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally via phone, email, and chat.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.

  • Provide product and service information while identifying customer needs.

  • Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently.

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.

  • Use Excel and reporting tools to track customer interactions and trends.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

  • Work one Saturday per month on a rotating schedule.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in manufacturing or a commercial setting.

  • Strong call-handling skills and the confidence to manage customer queries effectively.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to create reports.

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

  • A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
