Your new companyThis successful organisation based in Manchester city centre is seeking customer service and retentions advisors to join their team. Your new roleYou will be responsible for upselling and retaining customers. Your main method of contact will be via webchat to customers, but you will also be using email and sometimes via phone. You will also be providing customer support, and being their point of contact. You will have a good understanding of the customer and their needs.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working within a similar sales environment will help you succeed in this role, including experience within upselling. You are able to build up a good relationship with the customer and understand their needs. You are confident and able to show your personality through your service. You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and can cope well with a busy environment. You're able to get to the office in Manchester city centre and are also available to work shifts between the hours of 08:00 - 22:00 including some weekends.What you'll get in returnYou will receive a salary of £23,400 plus uncapped commission.
