Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client, who is one of the leading providers of repair services in the North West. Our client aims to provide an efficient and transparent customer experience for all clients throughout their journey regardless of complexity or challenge.

As a rapidly growing business, our client is now expanding their team and is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor in Central Manchester.

The salary for this position is £25,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Being responsible for all aspects of the repair management process
  • Ensuring vehicle repair bookings are met in accordance with set-level agreements
  • Offering empathetic support to customers and liaising professionally with external partners
  • Ensuring all company policies are adhered to including GDPR and FCA regulations
  • Working to uphold the company's policies, values and missions

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, giving exceptional customer service is required
  • Previous experience working in the repair or insurance industry is preferred
  • Experience using ProClaim IT systems is advantageous but not essential
  • Great attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication is required
  • Good time management and organisational skills are also essential for this role
