What you'll do:As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer journey. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling queries, administering policies and offering support across all insurance products.

  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service dealing with queries and administering policies
  • Offer support via the full range of Insurance products provided by the company in connection with customer requirements and needs for Adjustments and Claims support
  • Plan and process mid-term adjustments and customer service queries efficiently
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team goals by developing effective relationships internally and externally
  • Adhere to both Company and FCA rules and guidelines

What you bring to the job:The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Advisor role will bring a wealth of product knowledge and industry experience.

  • Customer service background in Insurance (Ideally in the life or motor insurance industry)
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
