Winsearch is working with a leading manufacturing business to appoint an experienced Customer Service Advisor, on a temporary on-going basis in Trafford Park.

Customer Service Advisor

The purpose of the Customer Service Advisor will be to monitor and maintain customer mailboxes and respond in a timely manner. Experience of multiple mailboxes is essential for this role.

Customer Service Advisor

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries
  • Investigating disputes (missing order, missing boxes on delivery, pricing errors etc)
  • Managing the categorisation of the mailbox (we have all customer queries across all brands coming into a central mailbox, so categorising frequently is essential to ensure the correct team member is picking up the query)
  • Good written communication essential
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (in particular Outlook & Excel) essential

The Candidate

  • Customer Service experience essential
  • SAP Experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Experience of managing multiple mailboxes and responding to emails is essential
  • Ability to write own responses to email essential
