This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-known company, currently seeking a number of Customer Service Advisors to support their busy team. You must have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail. The role is full time 37.5 hours per week and will offer hybrid working after initial training period.

Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Advisors include;

  • Engage with customers through digital platforms including live chat, email, and telephone to deal with inquiries and resolve queries
  • Identifying the customers’ needs through effective questioning and selecting appropriate products/services to match the customer requirements
  • Consistently demonstrating a strong focus and drive to achieve targets within agreed deadlines
  • Facilitate the booking of flights, hotels, transfers, etc.. ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of digital customer service processes.
  • Working as part of a team alongside the wider contact centre, as well as working independently to handle and manage workloads

Key Skills required for the Customer Service Advisor role;

  • You are passionate about helping customers and problem solving
  • Experience of working in a Contact Centre, in a high activity inbound or outbound customer facing role
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
