Our client is looking for a pro active, hard working and compujter literate individual to work in a busy office within a small team who is focused on delivering a positive experience to thier clients, contractors, engineers and site residents.

As a customer service assistant you will work at a company and get hands on experience. You will gain new skills and work along side experienced staff.

What you will do as a customer serviceassistant :

  • Handling cient purchase orders (POs) and enquiries as they arrive by email and telephone
  • Managing and allocationg POs in line with buisness processes to ensure customer delivery is consistent
  • Accurately processing data into customer management sytems and field management software
  • The effective planning of engineer schedules
  • The management of approved contractor work orders
  • The preperation of high-quality service, maintenance and emergency response reports for clients
  • The preperation and calculation of POs and quotations
  • Assisting with the creation and continuous improvement of buisness processes
  • Participation in training and development

We need you to be able to take ownership for the quality of customer serviceand satifisfaction. As a custoimer service assiatant you will be the first point of call and there will be lots of interactions and working with clients, contractors and site residents.

We offer a training course to be confirmed as day release as one day per week and must be able to attend Wigan & Leigh college to complete a Level 2 as a customer service practitioner.
