JobMatcha are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Denton, Manchester
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities in this role will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance requests that come in. The agents will receive the relevant training for the role if selected for this position. This role will be customer facing and you must also have call management experience from previous roles.
Key skills and qualifications required:
Must have previous experience in a similar role as a Customer Service Representative.
Call management experience is required.
