We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented graduate customer service representative to join our debt solution team in Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating through their financial difficulties and finding solutions to their debt problems whilst providing excellent customer service.

We offer an amazing opportunity to work in Manchester city centre as a Graduate Customer Service Account Manager. We where we have a caf on site offering free fruit and a healthy breakfast to show our staff just one of the many ways we value them. Along with team events and full training provided!!

The responsibilities for Graduate Customer Service in Manchester involve:

* Provide empathetic and knowledgeable assistance to clients experiencing financial hardship
* Answer incoming calls and respond to emails, addressing client inquiries and concerns
* Assess client financial situations and recommend appropriate debt management options
* Negotiate with creditors and collection agencies on behalf of clients
* Set up and manage debt repayment plans
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
* Follow up with clients to ensure their debt management plans are progressing as expected
* Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer experience
